My weekly hair care regime!

I'm on a mission to grow out my relaxed hair without the big chop and i been going through products to see what works for me for the past 6 months and finally found what works for my hair! I wash my hair every 2 to 3 days because after I curl up my hair, on day 3 it's already tangled and not looking good. So to wash I use TRESemme Naturals Nourishing Moisture shampoo and conditioner because dry hair needs moisture. You can find it in pharmacy and beauty supply stores. This product has no alcohol and is lower in sulfates. I shampoo and do a protein treatment such as Hair Mayonnaise by Organic Root Stimulator once a week another treatment i like to switch to is Mirta de perales Oil treatment with silk protein. My mom use to use it on my hair when i was little. On other days I just co-wash my hair meaning wash with conditioner. I do this to avoid any damage to my hair from frequent shampooing. I like to switch products sometimes so I use Organic shampoo and conditioners such as Millcreek Organic Shampoo and Conditioner. *Remember to detangle your hair in the shower!

After the shower, I divide my hair into four sections and apply Shea Butter Leave-in Conditioning Repair Cream by Cantu comb it through. You can apply to wet or dry hair I like to apply it when my hair is wet and you really don't have to apply it the way I do but I like to make sure all my hair gets the leave in conditioner. After that i use TRESemme Curl Hydration This product does have alcohol in it but it works really good on my hair because it helps curl up my relaxed ends so it can match with the rest of my natural curls. Then to prevent frizziness i put on John Frieda Frizz-Ease hair serum and it helps sooo much!

On days where I just want to put my hair up in a bun. I spray my hair with some conditioner mixed with water using a plastic spray bottle (Those are good to have) and to calm down my frizz in the front i use Eco Styler Olive Oil Gel. This is the best if you have to use gel. No alcohol but it holds your hair perfectly without damaging your hair.
That's my Weekly Hair Care Regime. Hope it's very helpful. If any questions or want to chat about products you’re using, feel free to hit me up! =)
